These projects are delivered under various methods including design-build, fixed fee or competitively tendered lump sum construction contracts. We work closely with each customer providing specialized construction and project management skills. We offer a range of essential pre-construction value adding services such as construction budgets, design review, feasibility, value management, interior design and pre-construction management services. The construction of each project is efficiently managed with an appointed Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and Site Manager.
