Wildstone was contracted to construct a 7,000 sft addition to Kondolas Furniture Warehouse. Wildstone self-performed all civil works, mechanical, concrete and structural steel installation on this project. This project required large CIP concrete retaining walls, a 12" concrete block building addition 28' in height c/w a new storefront entrance, exterior stucco, elaborate parapet construction, interior / exterior paint, HVAC and electrical lighting and upgrades. | |
