Wildstone has been awarded the LEED Gold design-build contract for the re-development of the student residences at Selkirk College in Nelson, BC.  These residences will incorporate a wide variety of Green options, materials, equipment and strategies which will create a comfortable and healthy environment for its inhabitants. All design and construction efforts will target LEED Gold Standards.

The re-design of the building will include pod style configurations for the student residences, student common areas, office and support facilities, community kitchens, exterior walkways, storage areas and an inspiring four storey glass curtain wall that will create an exhilarating front entry into the above spaces.  This project will also include renovations to the existing Studio 80 theatre and concert hall, extensive seismic upgrades, mechanical / electrical upgrades, and a geothermal field.
